Sydney holds two Fireworks displays on the Harbour, first at 9:00pm and the main event at Midnight. Please consider the level of traffic and taxi availability prior to making your booking

Fish at The Rocks has early or late sittings for New Years Eve:

First Sitting: 6pm to 7pm bookings for the 9:00 fireworks

Second Sitting: 8:30 onward bookings for the Midnight fireworks

Bookings: Please call 9252 4614 to make a booking, or if emailing from overseas, please see "Deposits" below

Deposits: Please note: a $50 deposit will be required to book for New Years Eve as we have had many "no shows" over the years. The deposit will be refundable up to 28 Dec 2008

Entree - Choice of

Mixed Oyster Plate with 2 Natural, 2 Japanese style, 2 Fried

Salt and Pepper Calamari with lemon dipping sauce

Seared scallops with crispy polenta, basil pesto cream sauce

Mains - Choice of

King George Whiting fillets in beer batter, hand cut house chips, lemon and tartare sauce

Whole baked Baby Barramundi, de-boned, stuffed with a red curry, prawn and vegetable mousse with lime, lemongrass and coconut cream

Blue eye cod fillet grilled with sauté green beans, tomato, garlic, onion and aged balsamic vinegar

Rib-eye Steak with a white pepper sauce, chips and your choice of sauté vegetables or salad

Desserts - Choice of

Passionfruit Crème Brulee with langues du chat biscuit

Homemade Chocolate tart with raspberry compote & vanilla bean ice-cream
