Sydney holds two Fireworks displays on the Harbour, first at 9:00pm and the main event at Midnight. Please consider the level of traffic and taxi availability prior to making your booking

Fish at The Rocks has early or late sittings for New Years Eve:

First Sitting: 6pm to 7pm bookings for the 9:00 fireworks

Second Sitting: 8:30 onward bookings for the Midnight fireworks

Bookings: Please call 9252 4614 to make a booking, or if emailing from overseas, please see "Deposits" below

Deposits: Please note: a $50 deposit will be required to book for New Years Eve as we have had many "no shows" over the years. The deposit will be refundable up to 28 Dec 2009

2009 New Years Eve Menu  

Entree - Choice of

Half Dozen mixed sydney rock oysters 2 natural, 2 kilpatrick & 2 tempura

Salt and pepper calamari with lime, chilli dipping sauce

Fresh ravioli of tiger prawns and scallop with fresh tomato, garlic, olive oil dressing

Blue Swimmer crab and avocado salad with apple and macadamia nuts, lime mayonnaise dressing

Mains - Choice of

Ocean trout fillet grilled with butternut pumpkin and asparagus in tempura batter, soy and honey dressing

Hiramasa kingfish fillet grilled with a salad of roast beetroot, green beans, rocket and fetta cheese with paprika and olive oil

Barramundi fillets in beer batter, hand cut house chips, lemon and tartare sauce

Grain fed scotch fillet with a white pepper sauce, chips and your choice of sauté vegetables or salad

Jumbo queensland king prawns, grilled or tempura style with a trio of dipping sauces, salad and hand cut chips (please note: prawns $10.00 extra)

Desserts - Choice of

Dark chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries, rose water and honey syrup

Date and macadamia pudding with strawberries and Grand Marnier

Trio of sorbets ( ask waitperson for flavours )

Vanilla cheese cake with caramelized bananas, cream chantilly and raspberry coulis
