Momo dumplings steamed with salmon and prawn filling, sweet three flavoured sauce 
Sashimi salad of hiramasa kingfish and salmon, finger lime, salmon cavair, ssamjang dressing, olive oil  
Main
Flathead fillet in beer batter, hand cut potato chips, lemon, home-made tartare sauce 
Blue Eye Cod fillet grilled, saute mushrooms and leek, potato gnocchi, tomato coulis
Linguini pasta with mussels, scallops, fish, prawns, garlic, tomato, olive oil, basil
Tasmanian  Salmon fillet grilled asparagus and beetroot, vegetable salad, sour cream and basil
