Fish at The Rocks caters for functions ranging between 10 and 40 people. We have one large private room which opens onto a large balcony (see floor plan below), an ideal spot to mingle and enjoy a quiet drink.

Below are our standard 2 course $55 and three course $65 function menus for groups of 15 or more.  These menus are indicative only and may change due to seasonality.

Drinks packages are available on a per head per hour basis. Packages include beer, wine softdrinks & spirits at either $40 for 3 hours or $50 per head for 4 hours for groups of 15 or more.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

In the best interests of guests and the community, Fish at The Rocks has in place a house policy for The Responsible Service of Alcohol. All guests will be expected to abide by the policy. Persons deemed to be intoxicated will be refused service. This includes groups that BYO.

     
Things to consider for your function:

- Book early - this will give you plenty of time to firm up numbers.

- If there are no seafood eaters, let us know! We have a range of non-seafood and vegetarian menus available.

- We do have a comprehensive wine list,  and Drinks packages, but if you are bringing your own wine, consider having the wine dropped off by the supplier on the day of the function - most bottle shops will do this for free. Please be aware that we have a "Wine Only" BYO policy, hence beer, spirits & soft drinks are not permitted.

- If you want special seafood dishes (Cold King Prawns, Crab, Lobster etc) let us know and we can arrange it with the suppliers.

- Please contact us to discuss other special requests such as room decoration and birthday cakes.

Please be aware of our function booking policy.

In order to prevent "no-shows" or over-booking, Fish at The Rocks is now requesting a deposit (via credit card) of $10 per head for all function bookings. This is to ensure extra staffing levels or increased food orders are justified, and to prevent disappointing other customers that may wish to come at the same time.

The deposit will be credited to your bill so that the remainder can be paid at the function date. This deposit is non-refundable for bookings cancelled or transferred within seven days (7) days of the scheduled date. We do not do separate bills.

Private Room Policy - groups of less than 20 wishing to book the room exclusively will be charged a $250 room hire fee

Atlantic Salmon fillet grilled on a bed of sushi rice with tempura vegetables, sweet soy, ginger and honey glaze
Barramundi fillet crusted in Japanese breadcrumbs and grilled on the flat top, with roma tomato, basil, caper and fetta salad balsamic vinegar glaze
Traditional fish and chips in beer batter, hand cut chips, lemon and tartare
Ocean Trout fillet grilled, crispy asian noodle salad, lemon, garlic, coriander and mild chilli dressing
Eye fillet steak topped with béarnaise sauce, and a side of potato chips
Vegetarian or Gluten-Free dishes available if pre-ordered

Drinks Packages

For Groups of 15 or more. 3 Hours for $40 per person or 4 Hours for $50 per person. Drinks packages commence from the time of your booking.
