Group Bookings – Terms & Conditions

Bookings are confirmed only once we have received the completed booking form including credit card details.

Cakes from external suppliers are permitted at a cost of $5.00 per person.

Any cancellations must be made via phone call 24 hours prior to your reservation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50 per person and will be charged to the credit card details provided.

Final numbers for group bookings must be confirmed 24 hours prior to reservation. The final numbers confirmed will be the number of guests charged.

Group bookings under 20 guests requiring a private dining room can do so with a $500 private room hire fee plus an $85.00 per person minimum spend.

Full payment is required upon completion of your function, it is not necessary to use same credit card details provided in the group booking form.

A service charge of 8% applies to all group bookings.

All table arrangement requests will be taken into consideration, however due to practical requirements final table set up will be left to the discretion of the restaurant manager and window table requests can not always be guaranteed.

Group bookings are able to select wines from our wine list and drink by consumption, we are more than happy to assist with your selection, we do require wine selections to be made one week prior to your reservation to ensure adequate supply.

Any damages made to the restaurant, its property or staff made by the client or its guests will be charged accordingly to the final account and made payable by the client

With the exception of Kosher meals and celebration cakes we do not permit any other outside catering.

Fish at the Rocks is located at 29 Kent Street, Miller Point.
There is residential street parking on Kent Street with parking meters, please note that some machines may only accept cash. A Wilson Parking station is located on Harrington Street.

Fish at the Rocks closes for all public holidays.

Lunch- Monday – Friday 12.00 Midday last booking at 2.00 pm.
Dinner seven nights 6.00 pm- last booking 9.00 pm.
